1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
A teaspoon paprika
A teaspoon ground black pepper
A cup chopped fresh parsley

- Preheat your the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spread crust in a pie or quiche dish.
- Using a cooking brush or spatula, spread butter evenly unto the crust.
- Fill the crust with cubed pork chops, bacon and cheese. Make sure that things are all combined and mixed well.
- Beat eggs with the rest of the quiche ingredients and pour into crust covering all in the meat.
- Bake for fifteen minutes.
- Turn down the oven temperature setting to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and bake approximately 40 minutes longer.
- When cooked, remove from oven and invite it to cool down the down allowing it stand for approximately 10 minutes possibly even.

- Boil a large pot of water in high heat and include a teaspoon of salt.
- Add the potatoes and cook for about fifteen minutes or until it is tender.
- Drain potatoes from water and then leave it to cool down.
- Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

- Put in the tablespoon of olive oil (leave the remaining for later).
- Add onion and green pepper. Cook and stir often for about 2~3 minutes or until soft.
- Transfer with a plate and set aside.
- Pour remaining extra virgin olive oil into the skillet and turn heat to high heat.
- Add potato cubes and season with salt, paprika and black pepper.
- Stir occasionally. Cook for ten minutes or until potatoes are browned.
- Stir in the others from the ingredients and cook for an additional minute.
